Individual Psychotherapy & Counselling

In individual work, I work with you, one to one, to provide a safe and compassionate space to process, explore, and make sense of whatever you are bringing into the therapy session.

Sessions are 50 or 80 minutes in length, either on the phone or online.

Online Therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions, and has the benefit of allowing flexibility to access support from the comfort of your home, or wherever you feel most comfortable and relaxed. 

Individual counselling is a collaborative process between an individual accessing services and a therapist. Working with a therapist can assist people to cope with difficult circumstances, overcome barriers, and be helpful in promoting healing and self-growth. Individual counselling offers a safe, comfortable, and confidential space for people to receive support around a variety of issues.
